Participation in everyday life
What does an Occupational
Therapist do?
Occupational Therapists (OTs) are university-qualified allied health professionals who help people of all ages take part in the activities — or "occupations" — of everyday life.
Through assessment, practical strategies, skill-building, and the right equipment, our OTs make daily tasks safer and more achievable — so you can live as independently as possible.
How OT
helps
Every plan starts with understanding your goals and your environment, then building practical support around them. Our OTs help with:
One team, every day
