What does an Exercise
Physiologist do?
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are university-qualified allied health professionals who specialise in clinical exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute and chronic health conditions.
Our EPs are fully accredited with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA). They design, deliver, and evaluate safe and effective exercise programs that are tailored to your goals, your body, and your everyday life.
How we
work with you
Initial assessment
We start by understanding your health history, goals, and current function — at home, in clinic, or via Telehealth.
Personalised program
A safe, achievable exercise plan designed around your condition, capacity, and what matters to you day-to-day.
Ongoing review
Regular check-ins to adjust your program as your strength and confidence grows — always progressed at the right pace.
