What is Exercise Physiology?

Exercise Physiology is an allied health service that addresses the short-term responses to exercise over time. Exercise Physiologists utilise exercise as 'medicine' to help combat chronic health conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, Stroke, Intellectual Disabilities, and many more. Accredited Exercise Physiologists are university qualified health professionals who are backed by Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA). We are specialised and well-equipped in prescribing, supervising and monitoring individualized exercise programs to fight chronic health conditions or to help strengthen your everyday athlete.

Can my sessions be covered by private health insurance?

Yes they can, as Exercise Physiologists are registered Allied Health practitioners, private health rebates may be available based on your provider.

Do you provide home visits?

Yes, we do! If it is easier for us to come to you, we provide all the gym equipment so you don’t have to worry. Alternatively, we can also meet up at your local park, gym or leisure centre if that's what you are interested in!

Are Telehealth services available for all your allied health services?

Yes, we provide Telehealth services across all our allied health disciplines.
